The surface must be entirely free of tire tracks, cracks, structural displacement, or residual oil taints. Cleaning & Planing: Power-sweep the base to eliminate residual cement mortar drippings, oil grease, or dirt. Mark depression zones with chalk and use a specialized PU patching mortar to self-level all ponding areas flush.
Phase 2: Step-by-Step Installation ProcessPrimer Application: Roll-coat one uniform layer of specialized high-penetration primer onto the dry sub-base to transform the surface texture into a deeply wetted, highly adhesive anchor layer.
Elastic Layer Levelling: Use a professional notched rubber rake to apply the single-component modified silicone PU, applying no more than 5mm per layer. Allow complete moisture-curing of the current layer before raking the next, repeating until the custom design thickness is achieved.
Topcoat & Texture Spraying: Lightly sand the cured elastic base to open pores, then spray or roll-coat two sequential coats of specialized waterborne polyurethane topcoat in custom colors.
Field Marking Lines: Line out exact field boundaries via standard dimension manuals. Secure borders with high-tack masking tape, apply professional field marking paint, and gently strip the tape post-drying.
