Professional Kinematic Structure

The ultra-dense rigid waterborne top layer ensures clean shoe friction and precise ball traction, maximizing competitive technical execution. Concurrently, the underlying modified silicone elastic cushioning matrix dampens heavy physical impacts, reducing ankle, ligament, and knee fatigue while preventing catastrophic slips and landing injuries. 
Absolute Environmental Compliance
Recognized globally as a benchmark health-centric flooring system, the elastic cushion and strengthening layers consist of single-component organic silicon polymers that cure seamlessly by reacting with ambient moisture, leaving absolute zero chemical residues or hazardous free monomer leachates. Rugged All-Weather Longevity
Our Silicon PU courts display superior UV, ozone, and acid rain resistance. The chemically inert top layer eliminates color fading, chalking, or hardening under punishing sub-tropical heat or freezing climates. The specialized micro-textured waterborne finish prevents scratching from high-frequency shoe friction, maintaining a brand-new matte appearance via simple water flush cleaning. 
Installation Protocol
Phase 1: Sub-Base Inspection & Preparation Concrete Bases: Must achieve a minimum compressive strength of C20 and undergo a full 25-28 day hydration and curing cycle to ensure total moisture evaporation. Moisture content must be below 5%.  Asphalt Bases: Must achieve a minimum compaction density of 95% and cure for 20-25 days. The surface must be entirely free of tire tracks, cracks, structural displacement, or residual oil taints.  Cleaning & Planing: Power-sweep the base to eliminate residual cement mortar drippings, oil grease, or dirt. Mark depression zones with chalk and use a specialized PU patching mortar to self-level all ponding areas flush. 
Phase 2: Step-by-Step Installation ProcessPrimer Application: Roll-coat one uniform layer of specialized high-penetration primer onto the dry sub-base to transform the surface texture into a deeply wetted, highly adhesive anchor layer.
Elastic Layer Levelling: Use a professional notched rubber rake to apply the single-component modified silicone PU, applying no more than 5mm per layer. Allow complete moisture-curing of the current layer before raking the next, repeating until the custom design thickness is achieved.
Topcoat & Texture Spraying: Lightly sand the cured elastic base to open pores, then spray or roll-coat two sequential coats of specialized waterborne polyurethane topcoat in custom colors.
Field Marking Lines: Line out exact field boundaries via standard dimension manuals. Secure borders with high-tack masking tape, apply professional field marking paint, and gently strip the tape post-drying.
