  • Two-Component PU Materials

Core Product Advantages

1.High reaction activity and short curing cycle: Rapid chemical reaction after mixing A and B. Reliable curing speed even under low winter temperatures, effectively shortening construction periods and optimizing construction windows.

2.Outstanding physical performance and high flexibility: Cured material delivers 1.2 MPa tensile strength and 267% elongation at break with excellent elasticity. It accommodates minor base cracks and resists long-term cracking.

3.Wide construction tolerance, no bubble sweeping required: Optimized formulation tolerates minor fluctuations in construction conditions such as trace moisture with minimal bubble formation. Manual bubble sweeping during curing is eliminated, significantly cutting labor costs.

4.Eco-friendly and odorless, solvent-free construction: Zero-solvent formulation for both components with no pungent fumes during application, complying with environmental standards for schools and indoor venues sensitive to odors.

5.High proportion tolerance: Unlike conventional polyurethane with strict mixing ratio requirements, this product cures effectively within a reasonable proportion range, preventing material waste caused by weighing errors.

6.Excellent leveling performance for premium texture: Good fluidity after mixing forms a dense, smooth surface layer that improves anti-slip and wear-resistant properties of tracks.

Product Disadvantages (Transparent & Compliant for Credibility)

While proportion tolerance is high, strict adherence to the manufacturer’s recommended mixing ratio is advised to maximize physical performance and cost efficiency.

Component A (isocyanate) is a chemical; protective gloves and masks must be worn during construction to avoid direct skin contact.

Wide Application Scenarios

Surface paving for mixed-type and full-PU plastic tracks

Surface color coating and line marking for silicon PU courts

High-standard sports walkways and gymnasium flooring

Actual Project Cases

1.High-standard athletics field project: Two-component PU material was used for full-PU track surfacing. High reactivity enabled flawless curing under tight construction schedules, delivering a smooth, bubble-free finish that passed official athletics association testing.

2.Winter court surfacing project: Leveraged the product’s fast low-temperature curing feature to complete outdoor basketball court surfacing without incomplete curing issues caused by cold weather.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q1: Is two-component PU difficult to construct?

A: This product is engineered to lower construction difficulty. Its key strengths are bubble-free application and flexible mixing ratios. Simply pour and mix Components A and B evenly before scraping, making it suitable for novice construction teams.

Q2: Component B has high viscosity (38,000–40,000 mPa·s) — will it be hard to stir?

A: No. Although Component B is viscous, Component A offers good fluidity with excellent compatibility between the two. Pour Component A first into the mixing barrel, then add Component B and stir with a high-power mixer for 3–5 minutes for full homogeneity without uneven blending.

Q3: Can it be used for permeable tracks?

A: Yes, typically for surface sealing or partial repairs. Use No.06 or No.20 general adhesive for permeable track base layers to guarantee water permeability; this product improves wear resistance and aesthetics when used as the surface coat.
